Design consult
Thirty minutes on video. We size the unit to the space, confirm the electrical, and price it exactly. No deposit taken on this call.
Site check
You send four photos and a rough measurement. Our team confirms pad, clearance, and access, then releases the build.
Build & freight
Six to eight weeks in the shop. Shipped on a lift-gate truck with a delivery window you pick.
Install day
A two-person crew assembles, wires to your disconnect, fills, and runs the first cycle with you. Roughly six hours.
What's standard on every build
Alaska, Hawaii, and Canadian delivery quoted separately. Wood-fired units ship without electrical requirements for the sauna.
Financing
Most orders are financed. Here's the real number.
